Vint Cerf is responsible for identifying new enabling technologies to support the development of advanced, Internet-based products and services from Google. He is the former senior vice president of technology strategy for MCI,
where he was responsible for guiding corporate strategy development from the technical perspective. Previously,
as MCI’s senior vice president of architecture and technology, he led a team of architects and engineers to design
advanced networking frameworks, including Internet-based solutions for delivering a combination of data,
information, voice, and video services for business and consumer use. Widely known as one of the “Fathers of the
Internet,” Mr. Cerf is the co-designer of the TCP/IP protocols and the architecture of the Internet, for which he won
numerous awards. As vice president of MCI Digital Information Services from 1982 to 1986, he led the engineering of
MCI Mail, the first commercial e-mail service to be connected to the Internet.

Navin Chaddha, named a top 100 dealmaker in 2007 and a top 10 dealmaker in 2008, invests in the software,
enterprise infrastructure, networking systems, communications, Internet infrastructure, and semiconductor sectors in
the U.S. He also leads Mayfield’s investments in India. His current Mayfield investments include Consim Info, Gigya,
Mimosa Systems, Seedfund, Tejas Networks, and WiChorus. Mr. Chaddha has made 25 investments in the past, of
which nine have had IPOs and six have been acquired. Some of his past investments include LVL7 Systems (acquired
by Broadcom), NeoPath Networks (acquired by Cisco Systems), and ReaMetrix in the U.S., and GCI Solutions,
Indya.com (acquired by News Corp.), Makemytrip, and Persistent Systems in India. His notable investments that had
an IPO include several companies in India and Akamai, Northpoint Communications, Qwest Communications, and
Rhythms NetConnections in the U.S. Mr. Chaddha was founder and CTO of VXtreme, a streaming media software
company acquired by Microsoft that became Windows Media.

Eva Chen served as Trend Micro’s executive vice president from 1988 to 1996 and CTO from 1996 to 2004. Under
her direction, Trend Micro produced a host of industry firsts that included unique products as well as outbreak
management approaches. She was appointed CEO in late 2004. Ms. Chen earned her philosophy degree from Chen
Chi University in Taipei, Taiwan. She earned master’s degrees in international business management and information
management from the University of Texas at Dallas.

John Chen, head of Sybase, Inc., since 1998, is recognized as a technology industry leader and corporate turnaround
specialist. Under his leadership, Sybase has become a highly profitable company that has grown from a leading
enterprise-class database provider to the largest publicly traded software company specializing in data management,
data integration, and enterprise mobility. Through early investment in its Unwired Enterprise strategy, Sybase has
succeeded in establishing worldwide leadership positions in the mobile database, mobile middleware, mobile device
management, and mobile messaging markets. Actively involved in international relations, Mr. Chen has served as a
member of President Bush’s Export Council since 2005. In 2006, he was appointed co-chair of the Secure Borders and
Open Doors Advisory Committee (also known as the Rice-Chertoff Commission). Mr. Chen also serves on the boards
for the Walt Disney Co., Wells Fargo & Co., and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Before joining Sybase, he was with
Siemens Nixdorf and Pyramid Technology Corp.
