Vish Makhijani is a seasoned search executive with more than eight years in the industry, leading consumer and
advertiser search businesses on a global scale. His areas of responsibility include the core Yahoo! Web Search products
and vertical destinations: Yahoo! Travel, Local, Shopping, and Personals. Previously he was vice president of Yahoo!
Search Marketing International and International Monetization. Earlier he was vice president and general manager of
Yahoo’s consumer international search business. Before joining Yahoo!, Mr. Makhijani was vice president and general
manager of Inktomi. Under his leadership, the Inktomi web search business experienced continued growth, gained
significant traction for its paid inclusion programs, and made innovative technology enhancements to its search
technology. Before his role in web search, Mr. Makhijani headed Inktomi’s investor relations program. Before joining
Inktomi, Mr. Makhijani was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the company’s New York Metro and Silicon Valley

Sean Maloney, who joined Intel in 1982, began his career in the company’s European headquarters where he served
nine years, first as Intel UK’s manager of applications engineering, then as country manager of Intel UK and director
of marketing for Intel Europe. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Maloney served as technical assistant to the company’s
chairman and chief executive, Dr. Andrew S. Grove. Mr. Maloney moved to Hong Kong in 1995 to manage Intel’s sales
and marketing activities in Asia Pacific, and returned to the U.S. in 1998 to become head of Intel’s worldwide sales
organization. He was promoted to senior vice president in 1999 and executive vice president in 2001. He took over as
head of Intel Communications Group later that year and became co-manager (with David Perlmutter) of the Mobility
Group in 2004. Mr. Maloney was appointed chief sales and marketing officer in 2006. He is a director of the National
Committee on U.S.-China Relations, Inc.
