Howard Morgan

Howard Morgan is a director of Idealab and a founding partner of First Round Capital, an early-stage venture fund. He
began working with Idealab in 1996 and serves on the board. He is also president of the Arca Group, Inc., a consulting
and venture capital investment firm specializing in the areas of computer and communications technologies, and
vice chairman of the New York Angels. He has more than 25 years of experience with more than 100 high-tech
entrepreneurial ventures. Earlier he was professor of decision sciences at the Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania and professor of computer science at the Moore School at the University of Pennsylvania for some 15
years. Dr. Morgan received the Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1997. He earned his Ph.D. in operations research
from Cornell University and his BS degree from the City University of New York.

Per Mosseby is a Swedish Internet entrepreneur who has founded and led numerous Scandinavian Internet companies,
including Pixbox (photo sharing), Melody (mobile applications), Mobilehits (ringtones), and Oreo (electronic public
procurement). Mr. Mosseby has a passion for mobile technology, e-democracy, and solutions that stimulate economic
developments in developing countries. He is currently working as a strategy and management consultant for clients
in the U.K. and U.S., helping with business development for developing markets, and working on projects in mobile
banking. He is thinking about new startups and is open to ideas. Mr. Mosseby is also chairman of the governing
Moderate Party in Vaxholm, Sweden.

World Economic Forum
Simon Mulcahy leads the World Economic Forum’s engagement with the IT sector globally. In this role, he works
closely with CEOs, leading strategists, government affairs leaders, and independent experts to identify the most
pressing industry issues and then coordinate Forum and joint industry approaches. He is currently directing
the Forum’s Innovation program and leading the environmental technology program, aimed at clear economic
business cases for greater adoption of green technologies. Mr. Mulcahy ran IT Access For Everyone, a two-year
initiative involving the collaboration of a consortium of 11 of the world’s leading technology companies on ICT for
development. He has also been deeply involved in the Forum’s scenario work on India, China, the digital ecosystem,
and the future of innovation in financial services.

Andrej Nabergoj, in the last decade, co-founded and led six software and Internet companies in eight European
markets and Japan. Included in the six are Parsek Systems, where he developed the company from startup to a
leading regional Internet services firm with more than 60 employees; and Httpool, a major Eastern European online
advertising network. Mr. Nabergoj started and supervised Parsek&AT, a successful joint venture in Japan. He is also
chairman of Young Executives Society, a charitable association in southeastern Europe; an advisor to USAID; and vice
president for Young Entrepreneurs of Europe, an organization representing more than 35,000 entrepreneurs from the
EU. He currently is CEO of Noovo, a new social discovery engine, which aims to change the way people share and
