Susan Knox is vice president of sales for SAP’s strategic growth enterprise accounts.
With more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, she has driven
successful organizations at leading technology companies, including Siebel, Oracle,
and IBM. Ms. Knox has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership in highly
competitive markets by driving exponential sales growth and profitability. She graduated
from Indiana University’s Kellogg School of Business with a BS degree in quantitative
business analysis.
Scott Lutz
Vice President, Global Small and Midsize Enterprise (SME) Marketing

Scott Lutz is responsible for SAP’s SME customer insight and market development, which
includes researching, identifying, and opening new markets and buyer segments, as well
as new marketing opportunities and channels. Among a range of strategic programs, Mr.
Lutz is currently focused on establishing new go-to-market channels via communities of
influence and development, the SAP customer showcase and thought-leader community,
and the rapid-growth enterprise market. Before joining SAP in 2004, Mr. Lutz served
ten years in the IT industry developing innovative marketing strategies and programs in
the hardware, software, and services sectors with such firms as PeopleSoft, J.D. Edwards,
and General Electric. His tenure at GE Capital included development of the first pre-integrated, open system ERP solution offerings and establishment of hybrid sales and
marketing channels with strategic vendors. He also served as sales and marketing
executive with several managed service firm startups and a leading regional IT and ERP
system integrator.
