Vivek Shah is president of the FORTUNE/Money Group, which includes the magazines FORTUNE, Money, and FSB:
FORTUNE Small Business, and the website CNNMoney.com. He previously served as president, digital publishing,
for the Time Inc. Business & Finance Network, where he oversaw CNNMoney.com, the largest vertical business site
online, with more than 22 million unique visitors each month. Previously, he was the FORTUNE/Money Group’s
general manager, where he functioned as the senior financial and business development executive and helped to
develop and implement strategy and manage day-to-day operations. Earlier Mr. Shah was vice president of new
business ventures of the group. Mr. Shah has been named online Publisher of the Year by MIN and Innovator of the
Year by BtoB’s Media Business. He was also named to Folio magazine’s 30 under 30 list and Crain’s 40 under 40 list.

Richard Siklos, currently based in Los Angeles, has written for some of the best publications in the U.S., Britain,
and Canada, with an emphasis on the intersections of business and media. Before joining FORTUNE in 2007, he
was the corporate media correspondent for the New York Times, where he served as a writer and columnist. Before
joining the Times, Mr. Siklos was the U.S. business columnist for London’s Sunday Telegraph and Canada’s Globe
and Mail, the founding editor in chief of Inside magazine, and a contributor to the Vanity Fair “New Establishment”
rankings. Mr. Siklos is the author of Shades of Black: Conrad Black and the World’s Fastest Growing Press Empire
(1995) and its sequel, Shades of Black: Conrad Black, His Rise and Fall (2004), which was recently adapted for a TV
movie. Between 2001 and 2007, Mr. Siklos held an adjunct professorship at New York University’s department of
media, culture, and communication.

Hugh Wiley, publisher of FORTUNE magazine, most recently served as group associate publisher of the Time Inc.
Business & Finance Network. Earlier he was publisher of FSB: Fortune Small Business since 2002. Mr. Wiley joined
Time Inc. in corporate development. From 1987 to 1991 he held several domestic and international sales positions at
Time magazine before being named international sales development director. From 1993 to 1996 he was the magazine’s
international advertising director, then served as vice president and publisher of TIME Latin America until 1998,
when he was named president of Time Inc. Latin America. In his last position before joining FSB, he was an executive
vice president of Time Inc. International overseeing marketing, sales, and new media for the company’s international
titles. He was also responsible for Time Inc.’s international licensing operations and served as the primary liaison for
international cross-divisional activity with Turner Broadcasting and AOL.

Todd Woody is a senior editor at FORTUNE based in San Francisco. He is a veteran environmental and technology
journalist and, because Silicon Valley these days is all about making the green by being green, he currently writes
about green tech as climate change drives new business models, technologies, and opportunities. Before joining
FORTUNE, Mr. Woody was an editor at Business 2.0 and the business editor of the San Jose Mercury News. Previous
posts include senior writer and senior editor at The Industry Standard magazine, freelance writer for Wired magazine
in Australia, and a senior writer and environmental reporter at The Recorder, a San Francisco legal daily. Mr. Woody is
one of the few people on earth who have seen the rare northern hairy-nosed wombat in the wild.
