Ann Winblad is co-founder and a managing director of Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, a leading venture capital
firm focused on software investing, which manages more than $1 billion in cumulative capital. Since its inception
in 1989, the firm has launched more than 100 new software companies. Ms. Winblad has more than 30 years of
experience in the software industry as a successful entrepreneur, strategy advisor, technical author, and venture
capitalist. Her background and experience have been chronicled in many national business and trade publications. She
has served as a director of numerous startup and public companies. She is also a trustee of the University of
St. Thomas (St. Paul, Minn.) and co-chair of SDForum, and serves as an advisor to many entrepreneurial
organizations. She holds a MA degree in education from the University of St. Thomas, which also awarded her an
honorary doctorate of law degree.

Michael Wolf is the former president and COO of MTV Networks (MTVN), where he was responsible for leading
the global business and technology operations of the $7 billion cable programming and Internet company. Before
joining MTVN in 2005, he was the managing partner of McKinsey & Company’s global Media, Entertainment &
Information Practice, and served as the top strategist to many of the world’s leading communications, Internet,
technology, and content companies. He also directed newsworthy transactions, strategic alignments, and innovations
in these industries during the past decade. Previously, Mr. Wolf was a senior partner of Booz Allen Hamilton, where
he led the firm’s Communications, Media & Technology Practice, served on the board and executive management
committee, and was the firm’s chief marketing officer. Author of The Entertainment Economy: How Mega Media Forces
Are Transforming Our Lives, Mr. Wolf is a trustee of the Educational Broadcasting Corp. and the International Radio
and Television Society.

Pierre Wolff is CEO of AdPassage Inc., a service provider helping video publishers better expose the informational
value of their content. Mr. Wolff has served as part of the executive management team for companies operating loyalty
management systems (Loyalty Lab, Inc.), social networking services (Tribe Networks), financial information services
(Revere Data LLC), content syndication technology (Kinecta Corp.), merchandising ad networks (Impulse! Buy
Network), and online payment systems (First Virtual Holdings Inc.).He began his career in the Internet space with the
Reuters NewMedia Group as business development manager to explore web business opportunities for the company
in 1994. Mr. Wolff serves on the board of advisors of five early-stage Internet companies (Majestic Research, Skygrid,
Loyalty Lab, Broadband Mechanics, and thinkingVOICE), and is an addicted kitesurfer. He attended Carnegie Mellon
University and earned an MBA from the Theseus Institute, Sophia Antipolis, France.
richArd Wong

Richard Wong joined Accel in 2006 and focuses on mobile infrastructure and services, as well as the enterprise
software space. He currently serves on the board of AdMob , the largest mobile advertising player; and Parature, a
leader in SaaS-based customer support. He also works closely with the management team of Getjar Networks, the
largest mobile development community and free mobile apps download portal. Before joining Accel, Mr. Wong was
senior vice president and general manager of products at Openwave, where he founded and chaired the Messaging
Anti-abuse Working Group, a consortium of ISPs and technology providers working together to combat Internet
abuse. He previously served as chief marketing officer and executive vice president of value added services at the DSL
provider Covad Communications. Before joining Covad, he was a management consultant for McKinsey & Company,
focusing on software and consumer technology. Mr. Wong began his career as a brand manager at Procter & Gamble.
