Anne MoffAt Director of Content Development FORTUNE Live Media

Anne Moffat joined FORTUNE 2004 and is responsible for the content development and speaker selection for a number of FORTUNE events, notably the Boardroom series, Innovation, and Brainstorm: GREEN. Previous positions have included two stints at Business Week conferences in programming, director of conferences for Chemical Week magazine, managing editor of the book division of American Heritage, associate editor in the educational book division of Prentice-Hall, and a teacher of 7th and 8th grade English and social studies in Glen Rock, N.J. She graduated from Duke University with a BA in history and completed graduate courses at the University of Pittsburgh and Montclair State College.

Director, Programming and Content Development FORTUNE Live Media

Simone Ross joined FORTUNE in 2005 and is responsible for Live Media’s programming efforts for events that include the FORTUNE Global Forum, FORTUNE 500 Forum, Most Powerful Women Summit, iMeme, and Brainstorm. She oversees the programming team; works closely with the edit teams to ensure the highest standard of smart, relevant programs; and maintains and shapes key strategic relationships with speakers and outside groups. With ten-plus years of experience working in partnership with the world’s foremost information technology companies, museums, universities, and research institutions, Ms. Ross is a strategist with a successful background in content development projects, C-level relationship management, and strategic event development and implementation that serve both for-profit and nonprofit entities. Before joining FORTUNE, Ms. Ross was director of program operations at the Computerworld Smithsonian Awards and a strategic communications consultant. She graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in international relations, is a U.K. citizen, and is fluent in Thai.
