ADAM H. CLAMMER

Adam Clammer joined KKR in 1995 and founded the Global Technology Group in 2005. He has been involved in
several investments, including Aricent, Avago, Borden, Intermedia, Jazz, Kodak, MedCath, NuVox, NXP, RELTEC,
SunGard, and TASC. He is currently on the board of directors of Aricent, Avago, Kodak, and TASC. Before joining
KKR, Mr. Clammer was with Morgan Stanley & Co. in Hong Kong and New York in the mergers and acquisitions
department. He received a BS degree from the University of California and an MBA with high distinction from
Harvard Business School.
SANFORD R. CLIMAN
President, Entertainment Media Ventures, Inc.
Sandy Climan is president of Entertainment Media Ventures, a company active in media investment and
strategic advisory work, and motion picture and television production. Mr. Climan is also CEO of 3ality Digital,
LLC, a leading company involved in the creation of technology that enables digital 3D entertainment. Mr.
Climan’s productions include his work as executive producer of U2 3D, co-executive producer of Robbery
Homicide Division, and as producer of The Aviator, for which he was awarded British Academy and Golden
Globe awards. Mr. Climan previously served in numerous senior management positions in entertainment,
including executive vice president of Universal Studios and as a member of the senior management team
at Creative Artists Agency, where he was both a talent agent and founding head of the agency’s Corporate
Representation Practice.
GARETH COEN
Vice President, IDA Ireland
Gareth Coen is based in IDA’s newest office in the U.S., located in Irvine, Calif., and serving Southern California,
Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and New Mexico. Mr. Coen is responsible for continuing IDA Ireland’s success at
attracting leading companies in the interactive entertainment, new media, and Internet industries, as well as
Clean Tech, to Ireland. Before joining IDA, Mr. Coen worked and lived in Silicon Valley as an entrepreneur and
consultant. He holds an MBA in entrepreneurship and marketing from the University of San Francisco and an
undergraduate degree in international finance from the University of Brighton (U.K.).
SHAWN COLO
Co-founder and Head of M&A, Demand Media
Shawn Colo co-founded Demand Media with Richard Rosenblatt in 2006. Since the company’s inception,
Mr. Colo has led more than 30 acquisitions of websites and technology companies. He also negotiated and
structured more than $450 million worth of equity and debt financings for Demand. He is currently the head
of M&A, where he also focuses on strategic corporate partnerships. Before founding Demand Media, Mr.
Colo was a principal with Spectrum Equity Investors, a $4 billion private equity firm that focused on media
and communications. While at Spectrum, Mr. Colo spent several years leading the firm’s investment office in
London, and served on a number of corporate boards in the U.S. as well as Europe. Mr. Colo earned his degree
in engineering and operations research from Princeton University.
