DANI DUDECK

Dani Dudeck serves as Zynga’s general manager of global corporate communications, where she manages all
external and internal PR strategy, media and analyst relations, and crisis communications. As the senior leader
of the corporate communications team, Ms. Dudeck oversees all corporate, consumer, and product PR strategy
for the company and its game studios, which include FarmVille, Mafia Wars, Treasure Isle, and FrontierVille.
Before joining Zynga, Ms. Dudeck served as MySpace’s vice president of global corporate communications,
where she oversaw the company’s in-house communications team, global PR agencies, and communications
efforts across consumer, technology, international, and corporate issues management. She joined MySpace in
2006 as director of corporate communications, where she directed the communications strategy for the launch
of MySpace Music, MySpace Video, and MySpace Celebrity, and led the company’s global communications staff
on projects that included the 2009 MySpace/MTV Presidential Dialogues, which featured Barack Obama. Before
joining MySpace, Ms. Dudeck was with Edelman, Hill & Knowlton, and Cohn & Wolfe.
DANIEL EK
CEO and Co-founder, Spotify
Daniel Ek, CEO and co-founder of Spotify, is a serial entrepreneur and technologist who started his first
company in 1997 at the age of 14. Mr. Ek also founded Advertigo, the online advertising company acquired by
TradeDoubler, after previously holding senior roles at Nordic auction company Tradera (acquired by eBay) and
Advertigo. Mr. Ek was also CTO at Stardoll, the fashion and entertainment community for tweens. He founded
Spotify, his most recent venture, with Martin Lorentzon in 2006.
GIL ELBAZ
Founder, Factual
Gil Elbaz is an accomplished entrepreneur and pioneer of natural language technology. In 1998, he co-founded
Applied Semantics Inc. (ASI), which developed contextual advertising products including AdSense. In 2003,
Google acquired ASI and Mr. Elbaz stayed on as the director of engineering for the Santa Monica office and
continued to work on AdSense and other products. Before founding ASI, he served in engineering roles at IBM,
Sybase, and SGI. He left Google in 2007 to explore new ideas and founded a new company, Factual, an open
data platform. Factual launched its public beta in 2009 and has set out to develop an open data platform and
community in an effort to maximize data accuracy, transparency, and accessibility. Since launch, the company
has received early investor funding by renowned technology notables and investment funds, including
Andreessen Horowitz, Bill Gross, Danny Rimer, Esther Dyson, Founder Collective, and many more. Mr. Elbaz is a
trustee of the California Institute of Technology and the X-Prize Foundation.

Henry Ellenbogen is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. He is portfolio
manager of the New Horizons Fund and a chairman of the fund’s investment advisory committee. He is also a
vice president and investment advisory committee member of the Media and Telecommunications Fund, Blue
Chip Growth Fund, Growth Stock Fund, Mid-Cap Growth Fund, Mid-Cap Value Fund, Science and Technology
Fund, and Global Technology Fund. He is a member of the investment advisory committees of the International
Discovery Fund and the International Stock Fund. He is also a vice president of T. Rowe Price International Funds,
Inc. Mr. Ellenbogen joined T. Rowe Price in 2001. From 2001 to 2009 he was an equity research analyst covering
media and telecommunication companies. From 2004 to 2009 he was a portfolio manager of the Media and
Telecommunications Fund. Before joining the firm, he served as chief of staff to U.S. Rep. Peter Deutsch.
