Mike Kwatinetz specializes in software and related infrastructure technologies at Azure Capital Partners. His

Rooftop Comedy, TripIt, and TravelMuse. He also served on the boards of The Firm, Woodbury Computer
Associates (acquired by JWP), Bill Me Later (acquired by eBay), Top Tier (acquired by SAP), and Wildseed
(acquired by AOL). Other representative investments include VMware (acquired by EMC). Before founding
Azure, Mr. Kwatinetz was group head of technology research, a managing director, and the senior software
and hardware analyst at several major investment banks, including Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank
Securities, and Paine Webber. He was also a senior research analyst at Sanford Bernstein & Co. Before his career
in technology research, Mr. Kwatinetz was CEO of Woodbury Computer Associates, a software products and
consulting firm, which resulted in a 160x cash-on-cash return. Mr. Kwatinetz is the author of The Big Tech Score.

development of forward-looking industry thought leadership and innovative services to help technology
companies capitalize on business transformation opportunities and improve risk management and business
performance. Mr. Lamoureux is a co-author of KPMG’s recent publication, Executive Considerations When
Building and Managing a Successful Cloud Service, and has been a frequent speaker on the subject of cloud
computing. He is also the co-author of numerous tech industry publications, including software asset
management, software licensing, channel management, identity access management, and internal controls.

Kieran Lane, a KPMG partner since 1990, has responsibility across the Asia Pacific region for the firm’s ICE
industries. Based in Australia, Mr. Lane manages global telecommunications and technology companies in the
Asia-Pacific region, including top Fortune 20 companies. He has extensive experience in structuring business
into the region, including tax advice on capital raisings, debt financing, and royalty arrangements, as well as
cross-border transactions. A member of KPMG’s ICE Practice steering committee, he is the firm’s spokesman
about key industry issues.
PAUL LANG
Senior Vice President, Product Management and Marketing, LiveOps, Inc.
Paul Lang is responsible for spearheading the strategy, initiatives, and operations relating to the LiveOps On-Demand Contact Center Platform, as well as leading the company’s enterprise product team. His distinguished
career spans more than 20 years of management experience in the contact center and telecommunications
industries. He joins LiveOps after three years at Genesys, where he was head of product strategy and
product management. Before joining Genesys, Mr. Lang served ten years at Aspect, where he held executive
management positions in product management and engineering. Previously, he held various senior
management positions at the Cable and Wireless Group and Nat West Bank in the U.K. Mr. Lang holds a BA
honors degree in business and marketing from South Bank University, London, England.
