JOE MEGIBOW
Vice President, Global Analytics and Optimization, Expedia
Joe Megibow deploys leading-edge site conversion measurement and site optimization techniques, and
oversees marketing, site, and customer analytics for all Expedia.com worldwide points of sale. He also has
product management responsibility for core e-commerce flows, including product search and checkout, as
well as global responsibility for Expedia mobile initiatives. He joined the Expedia, Inc., family in 2006, heading
up online marketing and customer experience for hotels.com. Before hotels.com, he worked for seven years
as a charter employee of Tealeaf Technology, where he held a variety of leadership roles. Before 2000, Mr.
Megibow held management positions at Ernst & Young Management Consulting, where he launched the Java
Services Practice, E&Y’s first e-commerce practice. Still earlier he held engineering positions at EDS in their
Advanced Technology Group. Mr. Megibow earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Cornell
University and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
STEPHANIE N. MEHTA
Executive Editor, Fortune
Co-chair, Fortune Brainstorm TECH
Stephanie Mehta is executive editor of Fortune, overseeing technology and Washington coverage, and helping
set the editorial direction for the magazine. She also serves as co-chair of Fortune Brainstorm TECH, an annual
technology conference. Previously Ms. Mehta was assistant managing editor and global editor. Before moving
into editor roles, she was one of the magazine’s most prolific writers. Her cover stories included a profile of
telecommunications magnate Carlos Slim and an inside look at Providence Equity Partners, the successful
buyout firm. She joined Fortune in 2000 from the Wall Street Journal, where she was an assistant news editor,
reporting and editing technology stories. Before joining the Journal, she was a business reporter for the
Virginian-Pilot in Norfolk.
WENDA HARRIS MILLARD
President and COO, MediaLink LLC
Wenda Millard became president and COO in 2009 of MediaLink, a leading strategic advisory and business
development firm that provides critical counsel and direction to the media, advertising, and entertainment
industries and to companies and investors that interact with those sectors. At MediaLink, she advises on
strategic marketing and brand development, implementation roadmaps, technology solutions for media,
media sales and revenue generation, business development, public organizational planning, public policy
management, competitive analysis, and financial restructuring to some of the Fortune 100’s largest global
brands. Before joining MediaLink, Ms. Millard was co-CEO and president, media, for Martha Stewart Living
Omnimedia (MSLO), where she is credited with elevating the company to its leading position in percent of
revenue derived from digital advertising. She also drove the creation of cross-platform programs for marketers
in TV, digital, magazines, and radio. Before MSLO, she was with Yahoo, Ziff Davis Media, and DoubleClick. Ms.
Millard received a Matrix award and was acknowledged by Advertising Age as a Digital Media Master.
ANDREW MILLER
President and CEO, Polycom, Inc.
Andy Miller was appointed Polycom’s CEO earlier this year. He joined the company in 2009 as executive vice
president of global field operations. In that position he was responsible for Polycom’s go-to-market strategy,
including the sales, channel, alliances, and sales engineering organizations. A video and networking industry
veteran, Mr. Miller has a 28-year track record of technology industry and sales achievement. Over the course of
his career, he has led world-class sales organizations and driven growth for such companies as Cisco, where he
held several leadership roles in sales and marketing from 1990 to 2001, and Tandberg, where he was CEO from
2001 to 2006. He is on the board of directors for BroadSoft, is a former chairperson of the Young Presidents’
Organization/Stanford Executive Education Program, and a former fellow at the Aspen Institute.
