Chris Moore is a partner with Redpoint Ventures, where he focuses on consumer Internet and online marketing
opportunities. Before joining Redpoint, Mr. Moore evaluated Internet opportunities for IVP. He currently
serves on the boards of Auditude, Efficient Frontier, BlueKai, eBureau, Inadco, Vuze, and Entertonment. He
also led Redpoint’s investment in Right Media (acquired by Yahoo) and was actively involved with Redpoint’s
investment in MySpace. Before joining IVP, Mr. Moore led business development efforts for wine.com, the
online wine retailer, and held various product management positions with Peapod, the pioneering online
grocery shopping service provider. He began his career as a financial analyst in the M&A Group of Wasserstein
Perella & Co. Mr. Moore holds a BA degree in mathematics and economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA
from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
VINEET NAYAR
Chief Executive Officer, HCL Technologies, Ltd.
Vineet Nayar is CEO of HCL Technologies, Ltd., an India-based global IT services company, and author of
Employees First, Customers Second: Turning Conventional Management Upside Down (Harvard Business Press,
2010). Mr. Nayar became president of HCL in 2005, and two years later was named CEO. During the past
five years, he led a dramatic corporate turnaround and today, HCL is recognized globally for its outstanding
business performance and innovative and transformative management practices. HCL was named Best
Employer in India by Hewitt Associates in 2009 and Fortune has characterized HCL under Mr. Nayar’s leadership
as having “the world’s most modern management.” Mr. Nayar is an active member of G100, a group of CEOs of
some of the world’s most significant companies. He is also a founding member of the Asia Gender Parity Group
and an active member of the Global Gender Parity Group at the World Economic Forum, where he also serves
on several boards.
ZACH NELSON
President and CEO, NetSuite Inc.
Zach Nelson is an accomplished software industry executive and visionary with more than 20 years of
leadership experience. His career began with executive positions in marketing, sales, product development,
and business strategy at innovative technology companies, including Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and McAfee.
While at McAfee he helped lead the company’s expansion into the network management arena with the
$1.4 billion acquisition of Network General. Later, as CEO of NAI subsidiary myCIO, he created the world’s first
business-to-business security application services provider. Earlier Mr. Nelson was vice president, worldwide
marketing, at Oracle Corp., the youngest person (at age 31) to have that role in the company’s history. At
Sun, he drove the marketing and branding of the first version of the Solaris operating system, and led the
product and corporate marketing effort at the company’s SunSoft Division. CEO of NetSuite since 2002, Mr.
Nelson led the company’s successful IPO in 2007. He was named one of the ten Visionary CEOs of 2008 by
InternetNews.com.
WES NICHOLS
Co-founder and CEO, MarketShare Partners
Wes Nichols is one of the industry’s most respected experts in strategic marketing and marketing
accountability, with a 20-year track record advising companies like Nissan, Coca-Cola, DIRECTV, Microsoft,
Electronic Arts, Mars Inc., GE, and Google. Before creating MarketShare Partners, Mr. Nichols was asked by
Omnicom Group to lead TEQUILA, specifically to launch a North American network and “jump start” the
network with a global offering. As a result, TEQUILA now works globally with PlayStation, Pfizer, Nextel, Adidas,
Nissan, and other key brands. Earlier he was the founder and managing partner of Direct Partners (DP), where
he built the agency from scratch to one of the largest and most respected marketing networks, with offices in
three countries, more than $400 million in billings and a sale to Omnicom Group in 1999. Mr. Nichols is on the
advisory board of Canoe Ventures, a technology company founded by Comcast, Cox, Time Warner Cable, and
others to develop and deploy advanced advertising solutions.
