AARON PATZER

Aaron Patzer manages the Mint from Quicken and Quicken Desktop brands. He is also both the visionary
and technical mind behind Mint.com, acquired by Intuit in 2009. Mr. Patzer designed Mint to meet the needs
of people who value the immediacy of the web, simplicity, and their free time. Before founding Mint, Mr.
Patzer was an architect and technical lead for the San Jose division of Nascentric. Before Nascentric, he was
with IBM and founded two web development and online marketing companies: PWeb and International. Mr.
Patzer holds degrees from Princeton and Duke universities and has ten patents filed or pending. CNNMoney
identified him as one of six Money Heroes in the U.S. in 2008 and a Top 40 Under 40 entrepreneur in 2009, and
Inc. magazine included him in a list of the Top 30 U.S. Entrepreneurs Under 30. He was named one of just 34
worldwide Tech Pioneers by the World Economic Forum in 2008.
JEAN-BRIAC “JB” PERRE T TE
President, Digital and Affiliate Distribution, NBC Universal
JB Perrette oversees the North American distribution of NBC Universal’s content across the Internet, wireless,
set-top devices, and other emerging digital platforms, and is responsible for NBC’s broadcast network
distribution for more than 230 affiliates. He is also responsible for NBC Universal’s content distribution strategy
across all platforms. In addition to his operating roles, Mr. Perrette serves on the boards of Hulu, Peacock Equity
Fund, and A&E Networks, which includes the A&E, History, Biography, and Lifetime channels. Mr. Perrette was
selected for the Hollywood Reporter’s 2010 and 2009 Digital Power 50 list, as well as CableFAX magazine’s 2010
and 2009 Digital Hot List. He is also one of Multichannel’s 40 Under 40. Before assuming his current position, Mr.
Perrette served in various roles at NBC Universal, including senior vice president, new media distribution; CFO,
NBC Universal Cable; and vice president of NBC business development. Before joining NBC in 2000, Mr. Perrette
served GE Capital, and earlier was an analyst with CS First Boston in London and Tokyo.
CHARLES E. PHILLIPS, JR.
President, Oracle Corp.
Charles Phillips is president of Oracle Corp. and a board member. He joined Oracle in 2003. Before joining
Oracle, Mr. Phillips was with Morgan Stanley, a global investment bank. Before his Wall Street career, Mr. Phillips
served as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps in the 2nd Battalion, 10th Marines. Mr. Phillips holds a BS degree in
computer science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a JD from New York Law School, and an MBA from Hampton
University. He is on the boards of Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City, the American Museum of Natural
History, New York Law School, and Viacom Inc. In 2009, Mr. Phillips was appointed to the President’s Economic
Recovery advisory board.
TODD A. PIERCE
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO), Infomatics Group, Genentech, Inc.
Todd Pierce manages Genentech’s Informatics Group, including information technology (IT) strategy, planning,
application development, operations, and networking. He also chairs the company’s IT portfolio committee.
Mr. Pierce joined Genentech in 2002 as senior director, IT operations, and was promoted to IT head later
that year. At Genentech, Mr. Pierce has established IT’s mission, strategies, projects, and communication
channels. He has led the transformation of the company’s IT systems, including implementation of ERP
and new systems to support research, development, manufacturing, commercial operations, finance, HR,
and legal, that contributed to the company’s growth to more than $11 billion, from $1.5 billion, in annual
revenues. Genentech is an industry leader in mobility, collaboration, SaaS, and other cloud and virtualization
technologies. In 2009, Genentech Informatics was named No. 2 on Computer World’s Great Places to Work in IT.
Before joining Genentech, Mr. Pierce was CIO and director of information systems for the Santa Clara County
Social Services Agency. He has more than 20 years of IT leadership experience.
