BRIAN A. BOGOSIAN

Brian Bogosian, Good Technology’s chairman, CEO, and president, joined Good (formerly Visto Corp.) in 2000. A
proven visionary and leader, Mr. Bogosian brings significant software and telecommunications experience from
leading global technology companies. He has consistently achieved market leadership and has managed both
public and private companies in turnaround, startup, and growth stages. Before joining Good, Mr. Bogosian
was the president and CEO of InteliData Telecommunications, Inc., of Herndon, Va. He has also served as
president of USTeleCenters, Inc., of Boston, Mass., and held earlier management positions with AIM Telecom,
Bell Atlantic, and SNET. He also worked as an aide to Sen. Edward M. Kennedy and later was on Sen. Kennedy’s
finance committee. Mr. Bogosian also served on the finance committee of former U.S. Rep. Joseph P. Kennedy II.
A native of Boston, Mr. Bogosian earned a BS degree in marketing from Suffolk University.
JEFF BONFORTE
Chief Executive Officer, Xobni
Jeff Bonforte currently is the CEO of Xobni, which he joined in 2008 in his current role. Before joining Xobni,
he was vice president of social search at Yahoo, where he led Yahoo Answers and del.icio.us. He also led Yahoo
Messenger and oversaw its move from the No. 2 to the No. 1 IM client in the U.S. Before Yahoo Mr. Bonforte was
president of SIPphone, where he conceived and designed the Gizmo project, one of the earliest leaders in VoIP.
In 1998 he founded and was the CEO of i-drive, the largest online storage tool of the time, with more than ten
million monthly unique visitors.
DAVID BOSSHART
Chief Executive Officer, Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (GDI)
David Bosshart, Ph.D., is CEO of GDI, an independent European think tank that specializes in trend research,
strategic workshops, lectures, and conferences, including the International Retail Summit, the European
Foodservice Summit, and the European Consumer Trend Conference. Topics include changes in consumption
patterns and society, innovation in retailing, and the service industry. Dr. Bosshart holds a Ph.D. from the
University of Zurich in philosophy and political theory. He has been involved in communications and marketing
consulting, retailing, and scientific research. He was head of GDO’s consumer research and social change
department from 1991 to 1996, and head of strategic development and director of the cultural and social
section of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives (the famous culture percentage) from 1997 to 1999, when he
assumed his current role. Dr. Bosshart is the author of numerous publications and a speaker at international
events in Europe, the U.S., and Asia. He focuses on consumption and retailing, management, social change, and
political philosophy.
ARYEH B. BOURKOFF
Global Head, Technology, Media, and Telecoms ( TMT); Vice Chairman, Investment Banking
UBS
Aryeh Bourkoff is currently global head of TMT and vice chairman of Investment Banking at UBS. Before joining
the Investment Banking Division, he was head of the Media and Communications Research Group, specializing
in coverage of the cable and satellite and entertainment sectors from a full capital structure perspective. Before
joining UBS in 1999, Mr. Bourkoff was the senior cable and telecommunications high yield research analyst
at CIBC World Markets Corp. Formerly, he was a member of the High Yield Research Group at Smith Barney,
Inc. Mr. Bourkoff has covered media and communications for 15 years, during which time he has cultivated
extensive industry expertise and strong relationships with leaders across both sectors. He recently served
as an advisor to Comcast on the formation of the Comcast Entertainment Group and to the new owners on
the restructuring of Charter Communications. He was also the joint arranger and joint bookrunner to Verizon
Wireless when it sought to finance the acquisition of Alltel Corp.
