Raja Rajamannar is the chief executive, international, for Humana, a Fortune 100 global health benefits
company based in Louisville, Ky. In addition to managing Humana’s international businesses, Mr. Rajamannar is
responsible for leading the company’s Innovation, Marketing, Strategic Analytics, Corporate Communications,
and Public Affairs divisions. Since joining Humana last year, he has established a new direction for growth that
includes incorporating new technologies, building analytical capability, expanding international business
opportunities, developing a world-class brand, building top-notch talent, and enhancing Humana’s reputation.
Before joining Humana, Mr. Rajamannar had 24 years of global business management experience, including
15 years with Citigroup, where he was executive vice president of the credit cards business from 2006 to 2008
and headed the New Product Development and New Payment Technologies groups. From 2003 to 2005, he
was chairman and CEO of Diners Club North America and a director of Diners Club International. Before joining
Citigroup, Mr. Rajamannar was with Unilever in India.
OSMAN RASHID
Co-founder and CEO, Kno, Inc.
Osman Rashid is an accomplished entrepreneur and pioneer in education technology. His first foray into
this market was in 2003 as co-founder of Chegg.com, an online textbook rental service. After co-founding
the company and leading as its CEO for four years, Mr. Rashid assumed the role of Chegg.com’s chairman.
In 2009, he co-founded and became the CEO of Kno, Inc., a digital textbook tablet and education platform
launched last month. Earlier, Mr. Rashid held various founder and executive roles at software companies.
Ernst & Young awarded him an Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2009 for consumer products in Northern
California. A native of Pakistan, he received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University
of Minnesota in 1993.

Scott Raymond is CTO and co-founder of Gowalla, a mobile and web service that gives people around the
world a new way to communicate and express themselves through the everyday places and extraordinary
settings they enjoy. Gowalla empowers everyone to capture and share their journey as they go while following
the happenings of family and friends. Mr. Raymond is responsible for product development and oversees
a team of leading engineers. Gowalla was launched in 2009 and is backed by notable investors, including
Greylock Partners, Alsop-Louie Partners, Founders Fund, and other prominent angel investors. Mr. Raymond is a
leading web developer who authored Ajax on Rails, one of the first books about Ruby on Rails.
RICK RESNICK
Vice President, Marketing, TIME, Fortune, Money, Fortune Live Media, Time Inc.
Rick Resnick leads several teams dedicated to developing powerful marketing programs for the advertising
partners of TIME, Fortune, and Money, as well as Time.com and CNNMoney.com. These programs include
multimedia packages (print, online, broadcast, broadband video, conferences, mobile), targeted editorial
adjacencies, custom events, advertorial programs, research studies, in-magazine booklets, and more. Mr.
Resnick is responsible for the brand marketing function of these print properties, having launched both
Money’s “Take Charge” campaign and TIME’s “We’re the One” program in 2009. Mr. Resnick also oversees the
Time Inc. News Group’s award-winning Custom Publishing unit, which produces targeted special advertising
sections in TIME, Fortune, Money, and Sports Illustrated. He also oversees the marketing and operations of
Fortune Live Media, which includes Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit. Promoted to his current position
in 2008, Mr. Resnick previously served as vice president, integrated marketing, at the Fortune/Money Group
and associate publisher, marketing, at Money. He began his magazine career at Sports Illustrated.
