Rowena Track is a visionary leader and innovative executive with international experience and diverse industry
background. Her strengths include experience in digital media, strategic marketing, multichannel integration,
and enterprise business architecture. Ms. Track has extensive experience leading multigeography, highly
matrixed global teams. Combining the power of marketing and technology, Ms. Track is known for building
and leading innovative teams in a competitive global economy. In her current role, she is responsible for all
things digital at Service Master. Before joining Service Master, she was the senior vice president of web and
e-business strategy and solutions at TIAA-CREF Financial Services. Earlier she was the global head of e-business
for Bayer Pharmaceutical. Before joining Bayer, she was at the Yale University School of Medicine and the
Howard Hughes Medical Institute on projects related to the human gene mapping library.
TREVOR TRAINA
Founder and Executive Chairman, DriverSide
Trevor Traina, an entrepreneur and private investor, is founder and chairman of DriverSide, a venture-funded
startup in the online automotive category. He is also chairman and founder of SchemaLogic, Inc., a venture-funded enterprise software pioneer in business semantics management. Most recently he was chairman
of StepUp Commerce, which was sold to Intuit in 2006. He was also president and founder of CompareNet,
Inc., the leading buyer’s guide on the Internet and sold to Microsoft in 1999. Mr. Traina began his career
in marketing as a brand manager for Seagram’s in New York. He is a director of DriverSide, SchemaLogic,
Verdiem Corp., MyETone, and Swanson Vineyards. He also serves on six charitable boards, including the Haas
School of Business at UC Berkeley, the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, and the Gladstone Institutes for
medical research.
DONAL TRAVERS
Senior Vice President, Software and Financial Services, IDA Ireland
Donal Travers, based in Mountain View, Calif., is vice president of IDA Ireland, with responsibility for IDA
Ireland’s technology portfolio in Silicon Valley. He assumed this position in 2006. Earlier he served in a number
of roles in IDA’s Ireland-based offices, including business development with many of IDA’s blue chip technology
client companies with existing manufacturing, services, and engineering mandates in Ireland. Before joining
IDA Ireland, Mr. Travers served in a brand management role with a leading Irish food company. He is a graduate
of Dublin City University’s business school.

Kimberly Twombly is a certified financial planner and wealth advisor at UBS. Her team, focused on providing
comprehensive, tailored investment strategies to high-net-worth individuals, is committed to helping their
clients manage risk while growing their wealth. Their clients include successful entrepreneurs and executives
that have had a liquidity event or have grown to a point in their professional lives where they need outside
professional management of their wealth. Ms. Twombly holds a BS degree in electrical engineering with a
minor in mathematics from Union College. She received her MBA from the University of Connecticut, and was
awarded with distinction her certificate in financial planning from UC Berkeley.
