Jim Breyer has invested in more than 30 consumer Internet, media, and technology companies that have
completed public offerings or successful mergers. Some of these include Actuate, Agile Software, BBN
Technologies/Raytheon, Centillion (acquired by Bay Networks), Collabra/America Online, Foundry Networks,
Hyperion Solutions/Oracle, Macromedia, Maven Networks/Yahoo, RealNetworks, RedBack Networks, and
Walmart.com. He currently serves Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., as the presiding director and chairman of the strategic
planning and finance committee. He also serves on the board of Marvel Entertainment as founding chairman
of its strategic planning and finance committee, and Dell Inc., where he is chair of the leadership development
and compensation committee, and where he serves on the incubation advisory board. Mr. Breyer is currently
an investor and director of privately held companies Booyah, Brightcove, Etsy, Facebook, Global Grind, ModelN,
and Prosper. Earlier he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York, and also served
Apple Computer and Hewlett-Packard. He is also chairman of the Stanford Engineering Venture Fund.

Dawn Bridges is a senior corporate communications professional with more than two decades of global
experience in entertainment industry media relations, crisis communications, mergers and acquisitions,
integration, investor relations, public policy, internal communications, consumer publicity, special events,
senior management meetings, community affairs, and third-party marketing. She has worked in the
publishing, music, and film industries as well as on special theatrical and live events. At Time Inc., Ms. Bridges
is in charge of media strategy, media relations, and all speaking engagements for the chairman and editor in
chief. She is responsible for special events, community affairs, internal meetings, and Time Inc. University, the
company’s professional development program. She serves as Time Inc.’s trade organization communications
representative and as a public affairs liaison and investor relations liaison with Time Warner. Before joining Time
Inc. she served as the executive vice president of corporate communications for the Warner Music Group. She
started her career at PolyGram (now Universal).
GIGI BRISSON

Gigi Brisson co-founded Attractor in 1996. Attractor is a hedge fund that invests in high tech companies.
Former private investments include Verisign, BizRate, and Salesforce.com. She is involved in several ocean
protection initiatives and flies small airplanes for fun.
MARK BUIKEMA

Mark Buikema, currently the director of network and client services for Herman Miller, previously held various
IT management roles, including telecom manager and senior manager of network and communication
systems. After serving various public and privately held telecommunication companies in West Michigan, Mr.
Buikema joined Herman Miller in 1998. In his current role, he has global responsibility for telecom and network
infrastructure and domestic responsibility for the client side of IT.
